Monthly Subscription Refunds

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if:

  • The service was not accessible due to technical issues caused by us.
  • Duplicate billing occurred.
  • Subscription was charged incorrectly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial use of subscription services
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Violations of Terms and Conditions

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous charges.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
